At Magnetic Flashbacks/Crafted In Wood, each item is handmade with care and often personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

That said, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
We’ll review each situation on a case-by-case basis and determine the best solution — which may include a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Please note:

• Normal variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details and shipping information at checkout.
